Candidates
who are between 18 to 30 years of age on November 1 will be considered eligible
to apply. The maximum age limit for children of freedom fighters / martyrs and
the physically challenged will be 18 to 32 years. However, those who have
reached the maximum age limit on March 25, can apply. Apart from this, the age
limit for departmental candidates working in the tax department can be relaxed
up to 40 years as opposed to the posts of shorthand cum computer operator,
short-typewriter cum computer operator and office assistant cum computer
typist.
